Prof. Nikolaos Kornilios is full professor the Department of Electrical Engineering of the HMMY of ELMEPA. He obtained his Physics degree from Pau University and his DEA and PhD from Lyon I University. He worked as a research associate at the Microelectronics group of the Foundation for Research and Technology, and he participated in various research projects. He was also an adjunct assistant professor in the Department of Physics of the University of Crete. His research interests lie in the area of electrical characterization of materials and electronic devices, and especially on their reliability, failure analysis and the responsible degradation mechanisms. He has presented his work in many international conferences and published in several peer reviewed scientific journals.
